Chronic Urinary Tract Infection Regimen

Summary: Use Kidney Cleanse and the Water Cure. If there are still symptoms in one week, add Antibacterial General.

The kidney cleanse is mostly just using Stone Free along with plenty of water. If the UTI is painful or immediate results are desired, a few drops of oregano oil can be added to the Stone Free from the start. This addresses both bacterial and fungal urinary tract infections quickly.

Can use just low to medium dose vitamin C in the antibacterial general regimen if desired. It is important to clean all deposits in the kidneys and bladder to prevent recurrence. After using the Stone Free for two weeks, continue both the magnesium at night and The Water Cure long term.

Cranberries are often recommended for urinary tract infections, and for good reason. They help prevent pathogenic bacteria from adhering to the kidneys and bladder, plus acidify the urine which is also helpful. Vitamin C helps as well or better than cranberries, but they can be added for faster action. Do not use a cranberry drink full of sugar and little actual cranberries (which are extremely acid and sour when eaten).

Hulda Clark on Urinary Tract Infections

"Urinary tract infections, including bladder, kidney, and urethral infections, are easier to clear up than to test for. Start by drinking a half gallon of water a day. Put yourself on a kidney herb recipe;. This will dissolve the tiny crystals where bacteria hide and multiply."

Hulda Clark states that chronic UTIs are a common cause of headaches including migraines. She also recommends avoiding toxic metals, especially nickel, to help prevent recurrence of the problem.
